Located in the heart of Montreal, we provide a safe, eco friendly  workplace for our skilled workers.  We adhere to  North American labor laws and meet all environmental standards regulating workplace health and safety.  Providing a respected workplace for our employees is paramount to the success of our products.

Footwear manufacturing is a highly labor intensive process, involving as many as 36 different components and over 100 steps, for a single boot.  Quality control is an essential ingredient to the finished product.  Skillfull eyes inspect each skin prior to beginning production.  Every style made is inspected by hand before being packed. Great fit and consistent quality have become synonomous with La Candienne boots and shoes.
